This daylong conference will focus on equipping professionals with resources to develop the resilience needed to overcome the Compassion Fatigue and Burnout associated with the events of last year. The conference will feature topics and subject-matter experts who will address the impact of burnout, trauma, and compassion fatigue on the provider, allowing each participant to gain new insight into what matters to most to them.
