Crash Course: Back to School Anxiety

Service Description

Participants in the back to school anxiety crash course will learn how to identify their anxiety, understand how it affects them, and gather practical strategies to manage it. The class will be interactive, engaging, and individualized in order to provide participants with opportunity to learn and grow in the way that is the most appropriate for them. Ages: 8-11 Four week course from 11:00-12:30, beginning 7/26.
